Would you like to understand how world-class businesses use data science to optimize processes, for example in customer service or sales? Join the Celonis Process Mining Fundamentals program. Process mining is a fast-evolving data analytics technology to turn so-called “event data” into useful insights and improvements for a particular process. This training is given by Celonis and is started with a kickoff workshop together on Zoom on the 23th of February from 18:00h till 19:00h, after which you can follow e-learning modules that will teach you everything about process mining (20 hours in total). You do not need any knowledge beforehand about process mining. Upon completion of these, you receive a Process Mining certificate. This looks very good on your CV or LinkedIn! The registrations are open until the 22nd of February.
