From the 10th of May until the 30th of May the fourth Lustrum of Flow will take place! On this page you will find an overview of all the fun activities that will take place to celebrate this. For more information on all the activities, please visit the Lustrum website.
On the 10th of May, the Lustrum will officially be kicked off at the Reception. You will be welcomed with a free drink and have some time to chat with the other attendees. Afterward, the Lustrum will be officially opened by the Lustrum Commissioner. Our partner Indicia will also say a few words followed by the Rector Magnificus of Tilburg University, Wim van de Donk. Flow’s Chair will close off the talking part of the evening after which there will be some more time to have a drink and network with other attendees!
Come and kick off the Lustrum together with us on May 11th. During this evening we will look back on the past five years with some beautiful pictures of past activities that took place during those years. This is the perfect opportunity to reminisce with some (old) friends about the fun years you’ve had at Flow and attend a good old-fashioned Monthly Drink.
On the 12th of May, the Alumni Committee has planned an activity, especially for alumni! As usual, there will be plenty of time and chances to catch up with your old Flow friends, but we have spiced things up a bit. We will host a Music Bingo Night, where we combine our love for Flow with our love for drinks and games. Nothing wrong with a good old-fashioned competition, right?
The music bingo will be hosted by a company with loads of experience in music bingos, making sure you get the best experience possible! The evening will take place somewhere in Tilburg and start around 19:45. A ticket costs €5 and includes entrance to the event, bingo cards, and prizes. And don’t worry, not only bingo winners will go home with a prize. We hope to see you all there!
On Monday the 15th of May, the Tilburg Day is going to take place! This is a day meant as a thank you to the great city we all know and love. First, we will explore the city in a way you have not done before. Splitting off into small groups you will take a tour through the city, giving you more insights into the city and doing challenges along the way. Afterwards, we will gather at our beautiful Klein Café van Horen Zeggen for a delicious barbecue, provided to you by the Lustrum Committee.

The Flow Cantus VorteXXL promises to be a highlight of the year, featuring live music, classic sing-along songs, and, of course, plenty of drinks to keep the spirits high. You’ll have the chance to connect with current and former members, share stories and laughs, and relive some of the best moments of your time at the university. So, mark your calendars, put on your best outfit, and get ready for an unforgettable night of celebration, friendship, and fun. The Lustrum Cantus has a karaoke element so it’s a once-in-a-lifetime event that you won’t want to miss. Make sure to secure your ticket as soon as possible. After a night of partying, there’s nothing quite like a Chill Day to recharge your batteries and return to feeling like your best self. And what better way to do that than by getting together with your friends from Flow for a delicious lunch? It’s a chance to catch up on each other’s Lustrum experiences, share some laughs, and enjoy some great food. Plus, it’s a great way to get over your hangover from the cantus from the night before.
So get your ticket for this Chill Day now. Remember that a chill day and lunch with your Flow friends are just what the doctor ordered. Take some time to relax, recharge, and enjoy the company of the people who make your life slightly brighter.
On the 19th of May, the Lustrum Committee is organizing a trip to the beautiful city of Leiden. Think of it as a City Trip, just in one day. We’ll travel to Leiden by train in the morning and will return to Tilburg the same way at night.
In Leiden, the committee has organized different ways for you to see and learn more about the city. Next to seeing the city, there’s one activity that has almost become like a tradition during Flow’s city trips over the years: a brewery visit! To keep up with that tradition we will visit Brouwerij Pronck who will open up their brewery in the heart of Leiden just for us! You’ll also have some free time to explore and have dinner before we travel back to Tilburg.
On the 26th and 27th of May, we will celebrate Flow’s Lustrum IV with an incredible Gala! This gala won’t just be an evening out, it’ll be a two-day experience. In the afternoon, we will be picked up in Tilburg and travel to a beautiful location in Belgium: Priorij Corsendonk, an old monastery. There, we will enjoy a welcome drink, a three-course dinner, a grand party with an open bar, and an overnight stay! After what’s bound to be an incredible night, we will enjoy breakfast at the priory before being transported back to Tilburg. The gala weekend is set to be one of the highlights of our Lustrum celebration, so you don’t want to miss it!
Are you ready to celebrate the end of an era with Flow? We’re excited to invite you to our ‘Pullen Vullen’ closing party for our Lustrum! This is the event you won’t want to miss as we celebrate twenty incredible years of Flow. We will also have an award ceremony where many Lustrum attendees will be rewarded with a trophy!
Pullen Vullen will take place on the evening of May 30th, at our own Café Van Horen Zeggen. This evening we will not just be partying, but we will also have our own Pullen Vullen. This includes an exclusive Vortex beer tankard, which you can fill up at the bar for a special price. There will also be some free beer, so you will be able to fill up your tankard for free at least two times!
Tickets are limited, so make sure to grab them early. We can’t wait to celebrate with you at the closing party and bid farewell to the amazing twenty years we’ve spent together. See you there!
