Confidential Contact Persons

The Confidential Contact Person (CCP) is the first point of contact for anyone who has experienced or witnessed unwanted, unacceptable or innnapropriate behavior, such as discrimination, harassment or bullying. The CCP has followed a training in preparation from this role and is fully independent from the Daily Board. Anything you share with the CCP is confidential, and will only be shared with the Daily Board after your permission. They can help you look for solutions or just offer a listening ear.

You can contact them for anything that happened to you during a Flow activity, in the Flowroom or otherwise related with Flow.

Are you looking for someone to talk to within the Daily Board of Flow? Take a look at this page for info about the Accessibility Officer.

Sanne Noorland

Hi! My name is Sanne Noorland and I’m one of the confidential contact persons of Flow. I started my Bachelor’s in Cognitive Science and Artificial Intelligence in 2020 and since then I’ve been actively involved in Flow. Over the past few years I’ve been part of several committees and in 2023-2024 I was the Chair of Flow.
I believe it is very important that Flow is a welcoming, inclusive, and safe place where everyone feels at home. If anything ever happens that makes you feel uncomfortable within Flow, whether it’s something big or small, please don’t hesitate to reach out to me. Together we will look for a suitable solution to make sure Flow remains an environment where everyone feels welcome and safe.

Love, Sanne
