- General Information: As the title suggests, the course is about climate communication. It discusses three major theories within the field: framing, metaphor, and narratology. You will use these three theories to analyze case studies.
- Study Load: The work load is fine, but you will be working on course work for the duration of the entire course. First, there's a presentation and discussion for credit, then a group assignment, and finally an individual assignment. Since everything surrounding the exams falls during the Christmas break, it's quite challenging in that sense, and the papers are quite substantial.
- Positive Feedback: The teachers are passionate and there are no tests. The group assignments are also small-scale, with only three people per group. In terms of assessment, almost no one failed any of the assignments.
- Negative Feedback: That individual paper deadline was just after New Year's Eve. Maybe it would have been better to have a test instead of writing during the holidays.
