Cancellation Study Trip 2020

The study trip of 2020 to Edinburgh & Glasgow has been cancelled. For everyone who would join: please read the mail you received from the commissioner of the Study Trip Committee.

Study Trip 2020

The study trip of 2020 will go to Glasgow and Edinburgh! We will visit universities, companies and the city itself. The trip will take place from the 8th of April until the 15th of April. The estimated costs are €450.

How do the registrations for the Study Trip work?

  • Enroll through this page

    Enter your details in the enrollment form. You will receive a confirmation email for your enrollment.

  • Visit one of the registration days

    You need to sign your enrollment form with your signature. This confirms your registration.

  • Possible draft

    If there are too much registrations for the trip, there needs to be a draft. You will be notified by email if there will be a draft.

  • Payment

    You need to pay the amount for the trip in two terms. You will receive more information about the payment if you're raffled in.

  • On our way!

    If you finished all these steps, you're ready for the trip!

Study Trip 2020

The study trip of 2020 will go to Glasgow and Edinburgh. You can enroll for the study trip through the form on this page.

After you enrolled for the trip, you still need to register yourself for the trip. You can do this by visiting one of the registration days. We make sure that we have your registration form ready with the details you entered in the enrollment form, so that you only need to check it and sign it.

The registration days will be on the following dates:

  • Tuesday the 3rd of December | 12:00-15:00 in RTZ303
  • Wednesday the 4th of December | 12:00-15:00 in RTZ303
  • Thursday the 5th of December | 11:00-16:00 in RTZ103

You can order a study trip hoodie during one of the registration days. You will also sign for this on your registration form.

The enrollment form is open from the 28th of November at 12:00 until the 2nd of December at 10:00.

FAQ registration system

What is the difference between the enrollment form and the registration form?

The enrollment form is on this page. If you fill in this form, you send your details to the Study Trip Committee and indicate on which registration day you would like to visit. As soon as you have filled in the application form, you are not registered for the trip.

The registration form is the form that you sign with your signature during one of the registration days. This form allows you to finalize your registration for the study trip and enter the raffle for the trip if there are too many people that registered. If, after signing the registration form and being raffled in for the trip, you are obliged to pay.

What do I have to do after I submitted the enrollment form on this page?

As soon as you submitted the enrollment form on this page, you will receive a confirmation email. This email also contains another reminder that you have to come by one of the registration days.

As soon as you arrive at the classroom on the registration day, you will receive the registration form which you have to sign. In this registration form, the information you entered in the enrollment form on this page is already filled in, so all you have to do is check the registration form. If everything is checked and correct, you can sign it.

What will happen if I do not come by one of the registration days?

If you do not visit one of the registration days and therefore do not sign your registration form, you will not be able to go on the study trip.

I already know that I do not have time to visit one of the registration days. What do I need to do?

If you already know that you are not able to visit one of the registration days, you need to send an email to studytrip@svflow.nl. The commissioner will find a solution with you.

How will the payment for the study trip work?

After you have signed your registration form, you will receive more information about the payment.

The payment for the study trip is always made in two installments. First you have to make a down payment, so that the Study Trip Committee can already book and arrange things for the trip. The down payment covers about half of the total costs. For the trip you also have to make a final payment to pay the full amount for the study trip.

You will transfer the amount for the trip to the account of Studievereniging Flow. You will receive more information about this in the mails about the payment.
