Are you ready to put your skills to the test and make a real impact? Then join this opportunity to participate in a unique experience where we join forces from Cognitive Science & Artificial Intelligence, Data Science & Society, and Communication and Information Science students. It’s an evening to share your insights on a sub-assignment of your choice, get to know professionals from Indicia and their client Fellowfield, and of course engage in multidisciplinary sparring.

Fellowfield is a leading executive search and interim management agency that goes beyond matching candidates and clients on skills. They combine various skills and personal qualities to make the best match for both parties. With the ambition to continuously refine these matching techniques, Fellowfield strives to continually raise the standard in the market. Indicia supports Fellowfield in various ways: with branding and design specialists, software developers, performance and social marketeers, and with AI. An ideal case to combine the multi-disciplinarity of Flow, and work on a variety of challenges that Fellowfield faces and make a real impact!

Fellowfield believes in the power of online technology. After Indicia’s Brand Strategy & Design team advised FellowField on its brand positioning and corporate identity, our performance marketeers implemented the CRM Hubspot. As a result, FellowField is now the first executive agency to integrate applicant tracking into its CRM. We are currently working on further structuring their marketing automation and online campaigns to optimize lead generation. In addition, our marketeers and AI specialists work together to continuously improve matchmaking.

For all these issues, insights from Data Science, AI, Cognitive Science and Communication strategies contribute to the challenges that FellowField faces. In this workshop we present sub-assignments that are just as multidisciplinary as our team working on this case. For example, think of:

  • Developing a strategy for advanced matching of candidates and vacancies. How can the matching of candidates and companies be improved?
  • Structuring unstructured data sets and/or supplementing incomplete data sets;
  • Developing relevant competency and candidate profiles or company profiles;
  • Developing an outbound marketing strategy aimed at (potential) customers and candidates;
  • Do you have your own ideas? Be sure to let them know.

Why is this such an interesting case for you? Because it is not only about combining knowledge from different fields of study, but also about collaborating and networking with professionals and experts from different backgrounds. This is your chance to challenge yourself and make a real impact on a customer case. In addition, our client Fellowfield will be present to explain business challenges and provide direct input on your ideas and solutions. And of course, we ensure that the energy level remains high with Free pizza and drinks!

Don’t miss this opportunity. Register now for the workshop and show what students from Flow have to offer.
